Lipo2Kis a newly developed and proprietary reagent for the transfection of nucleic acids into eukaryotic cells.
The highest transfection efficiency in many cell types and formats.
DNA-Lipo2K complexes can be directly added to cells in culture medium (with or without serum).
It is not necessary to remove DNA-Lipo2K complexes or change medium following transfection.
The complexes can be removed after 4-6 hours by replacing with refresh medium (optional)

基因转染增强剂Polybrene (hexadimethrine bromide)
线性化聚乙烯亚胺 PEI转染试剂是一种高电荷阳离子聚合物，非常容易结合带负电荷的核酸分子，形成复合物， 并使该复合物进入细胞中。该转染试剂是一种瞬时转染试剂，细胞毒性低，转染效率高，在 293 和 CHO 等细胞中基因表达效率较高。目前已经验证线性 PEI 转染试剂广泛适用于多种细胞系包括 293、CHO-K1、COS-1、COS-7、NIH/3T3、Sf9、HepG2 和 Hela 细胞等。该试剂与含血清的培养基兼容，能高效的将核酸导入细胞。
