VivoTrack 680 NIR Fluorescent Imaging Agent

The spectrum of VivoTrack 680 is 680nm a far-red and near-infrared emitting dye which is ideal for fluorescence measurements vivoNIR imaging experiments. It is wide used in fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis. It is a water soluble and hydrophilic dye near infrared fluorescent cell labeling agent that can label a variety of cell types. As cell migration is critical for many important in vivo biological functions, this labeling approach has the potential to provide a useful tool for research in inflammation, immunology and stem cells The dye has four sulfo groups which give it a hydrophilic negative charge at physiological pH values.

   The  spectrum of  VivoTrack 680 is 680nm a far-red and near-infrared emitting dye  which is ideal for fluorescence measurements  vivoNIR imaging experiments. It is wide used in fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis. It is a water soluble  and hydrophilic dye near infrared fluorescent cell labeling agent that can label a variety of cell types. As cell migration is critical for many important in vivo biological functions, this labeling approach has the potential to provide a useful tool for research in inflammation, immunology and stem cells The dye has four sulfo groups which give it a hydrophilic negative charge at physiological pH values. The dye can be used for tracking in vivo imaging and applications that demand low fluorescent background. Because of the water solubilty of vivoTrack680,so it can label cells brightly and uniformly without requiring DMSO or ethanol as solubilizer in water , these harsh organic chemicals known to affect cell function. So the labeled cells by VivoTrack680 retains excellent viability and normal proliferative capacity, and significant signal is retained in dividing cells in vitro for more than 10 days. Many different cell types can be labeled for in vivo transfer or implantation, and in vivo utility is illustrated by non-invasively tracking fluorescent primary macrophages to sites of inflammation by NIR fluorescent imaging  in vivo NIR imaging experiments.
