This service project mainly involves fluorescent labeling of antibodies/proteins/peptides, small molecule compounds/chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, etc. received from customers.
1. Specifically label the alkyne groups of the samples to be labeled (antibodies/proteins/peptides, small molecule compounds/chemical drugs, extracts of traditional Chinese medicine, etc.).
2. The markers that can provide marking services include:
A. Biotin;
B. Conventional fluoresceins: FITC, TRITC;
C. Cy series fluorescein: Cy3, Cy5, Cy5.5, Cy7;
D. Super Fluor series Fluorescein: AF350, AF488, AF555, AF594, AF647, AF680, AF750
Service process
1. The client submits a marking request and clearly states the marking requirements. The specific experimental items, quantities and costs are negotiated with the company. Both parties sign the "Marking Service Contract".
2. The customer provides the samples to be marked. Our company will arrange the marking service in accordance with the contract requirements and complete the marking commission within the stipulated time.
After the marking is completed, our company will repackage it according to the customer's requirements and mail it to the customer at low temperature for free, while providing a marking report.
Sample requirements
1. The samples to be marked must ensure a purity of over 90%, and the samples should not contain any components that interfere with the binding of the markers. If there are any special components, please mark and explain them in advance.
2. The minimum marking amount for the sample to be marked is 1mg, preferably dry powder. If it is liquid, the concentration should be greater than 1mg/ml.
3. Antibody samples should be stored in PBS buffer solution and free of amino components such as BSA, sodium azide, and amino acids.
4. For macromolecular proteins, information such as molecular weight, isoelectric point, buffer composition and pH should be provided; For small molecule peptides, amino acid sequences need to be provided.
5. For small molecule compounds and extracts of traditional Chinese medicine, molecular structural formulas also need to be provided.
6. After labeling, due to the overall change in molecular structure, the biological activity of the sample may be affected to varying degrees.
