Job Requirements：
1. Business development: Screening and establishing overseas distribution channels; contact with customers
2. Distributor management: Set reasonable sales target for each distributor and achieve the sales target of designated area. Set up video meeting with distributors periodically and investigate local market to meet customer’s need. Meet distributors and customers when necessary.
3. Overseas marketing planning and document translation.
4. Customer order management by coordinating with related departments.
5. Product training and tech support for distributors and customers.
Job Responsibilities：
1. Master’s degree in biology related area; preferably with overseas study or work experience.
2. Strong oral and listening English skills; ability to translate English documents independently; second foreign language preferred.
3. Available for occasional short-term business travel abroad.
4. Must be reliable, confident, optimistic, proactive and highly responsible.
5. Good skills for communication, market development and team work.
